Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Refund Policy

Refunds will be done on a case-to-case basis. A refund will be made immediately upon approval, after we receive and inspect the pair. All products should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving them to be eligible for refunds.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges if the item/s are damaged or the item delivered was wrong. Sale items and promotional items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees for return items will be shouldered by the customer. The policy only lasts within 7 days from receiving your order. After 7 days we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
